EMPLOYMENT

A brief outline of our employment policies

“Laura is committed to the concept that trained, well informed, properly remunerated care workers who have the support of their company will result in a low turnover of care workers, thus providing the best service for our clients. She believes that short term financial benefit should never be put before client and staff welfare.”
